Lendemar's Sharnay

  • 2008 ARABS Inc Online Show Winner of the All Breeds Halter Challenge
  • Sharnay was undefeated in the Queensland Anglo Arabian Ring during 2006 and 2007 and was retired from the showring after the 2007 Qld Arabian Challenge Show where she was named Supreme Champion Arabian Derivative for the second time.  She will now head the broodmare band at Heartthrob Arabians.

Sharnay would have to be one of the best Anglo's and Arabian Derivatives ever produced in Australia and we hope that she breeds on her wonderful attributes that have captured the hearts of many from all around Australia and the world.  She really is a one in a million that is unreplaceable.  During her showing years with us she was said to be a mare that could compete and win anywhere in the world by overseas judges.

Unfortunately Sharnay suffered a very bad bout of Colic in June 2008 and went through 4 hours of surgery whilst in foal.  Both her and the foal survived and in January 2009 she presented us with a stunning Bay Filly by Jive Magic (imp).  This filly is everything that I had hoped for and more and is proving to be quite the lady.  We have named her Heartthrob Lend Me Some Magic and she will hopefully hit the show scene at the end of 2009.  We expect that she will follow in her dam and sires footsteps.

Sharnay will hopefully make an appearance back on the show scene in 2010.

    Ascot Choir Master

(Ascot Classic Silk (AI) x Ascot Lisa Marie (AI))

    Riding Pony/Arabian Riding Pony Colt

This outstanding colt was purchased from the very well known Ascot Pony Stud situated in Victoria in December 2006 at the tender age of 6 weeks old.

Choir Master’s Dam Ascot Lisa Marie needs no introduction to the show ring being a multi champion both led and ridden and his sire Ascot Classic Silk is a producer of many multi champions.

Since his first show appearance in June 2007 Choir Master has taken out either Champion or Reserve including 2009 Australian National Reserve Champion Arabian Riding Pony Colt and 2009 East Coast Reserve Champion of Champions at nearly all shows he has attended, and he just keeps getting better as he gets older.  He is a truly stunning individual with the most amazing temperament whom is extremely eye catching and so far has many admirers.  Choir Master is now in Victoria with Kate and Doyle Dertell of Future Farms and has now made his debut under saddle and since this debut in September has being named Victorian State Champion Debut Arabian/Arabian Derivative Under Saddle, Victorian State Champion Arabian Derivative Stallion Under Saddle and SA State Champion Arabian Derivative Stallion Under Saddle.  Not bad for a young colt who has only being broken since April 2009.  The best is definately yet to come.

    Riding Pony/Arabian Riding Pony Mare

Our Saddle Superstar, Ally is just gorgeous! She displays the most beautiful of faces, a lovely long neck and truly elegant body. With movement to die for.  Ally is currently proving that saddle work is her ultimate forte.

This beautiful and very talented mare is currently in training and competing with Adam Oliver in the saddle. At only her 3rd show under saddle Ally was named the 2009 Qld Arabian Challenge Show Champion Arabian Derivative Hack Over 14hh NE 15hh.  Since then she has won nearly every one of her Open Galloway Classes at each show and has brought home several Champions and Reserves in the Open Galloway Ring. I am so excited to think that this stunning mare is in Adam's capable hands.  Look out for her in the near future in both the Arabian Saddle Ring and Open Hack Ring.

    Riding Pony/Arabian Riding Pony Gelding

Prince is our gorgeous little man who so far is proving to be a little star in the led ring.  With six shows he is undefeated in his led Gelding Age Class and has come home with One Champion and Five Reserve Champions.  I am sure that there are only better things to come from this magnificent gelding.  He will be broken to saddle early 2010.  We are sure he is going to shine as a saddle horse.
